Multipoint Mode enables your headset to be paired and connected to two devices at the same time. It will monitor them both, and automatically switch to the active device when a call is received. Multipoint Mode is enabled by default in most BlueParrott headsets.

If your headset is an Xpressway II or a B250-XTS, you will need to enable Multipoint Mode manually. Please refer to the product manual for further guidance.
