After the update in the BlueParrott app, please follow the below steps to finalize the update.

1. Power the headset Off.
2. Turn Off Bluetooth on your phone’s menu and any other device it may reconnect to.
3. Power the headset On and leave it powered On for a minimum of 30 seconds.
4. Power the Headset Off and leave it powered Off for a minimum of 30 seconds.
5. Then turn the Bluetooth On in your phone’s menu.
6. Turn the headset back On and let it connect to the phone and other previous connected devices.
